Chief U.S. spy John Negroponte to appoint 'mission manager' for Cuba and Venezuela

August 18, 2006

In a story reported today by Anita Snow of the Associated Press, she writes that "in another move likely to be seen as an aggression by Havana, U.S. National Intelligence Director John Negroponte announced Friday he was creating a 'mission manager' for Cuba and Venezuela to oversee the American spy community's efforts to collect and analyze intelligence on the two countries."

My comment: Is there no end to the arrogance of Bush's minions?

There is peace and tranquility on the streets of Havana and the temporary succesion took place with no "revolt" on the part of the population.

Get over it guys. You will not impose myopic plans on the Cuban people. Get your collective heads out of the sand.
