Raul Castro to preside over Non-Aligned Summit

In a note published today, September 15, 2006, at 10:09:04 GMT, the Cuban newspaper Juventud Rebelde reported that “The Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed that, even though Cuban President Fidel Castro has recuperated satisfactorily, his doctors have indicated to him that he should continue resting, therefore the Cuban delegation will be presided by First Vice-President Raul Castro Ruz.”
