TELESUR has reported from Caracas that Venezuela has rejected the annual report from the U.S. Department of State regarding humann rights, and assured that the text only seeks to stigmatize those governments that are adverse to president George W. Bush.
Germán Mundaraín questioned the report because he considers that it tries to weaken Venezuelan institutions before world opinion.
According to EFE, other Latin American governments like Brazil, Bolivia and Mexico also rejected the text and called it unilateral, disrespectful and inconsiderate.
