Major Cuban Baseball Exhibition Game at Cuba's Latinoamericano Stadium

Next Tuesday, September 25, 2007, the Cuban National Selection Teams that were crowned Champions at the XV Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro and XI Tournament in Rotterdam, will play an exhibition game at the Estadio Latinoamericano in Havana to celebrate a new anniversary of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR.)

The news was reported by Cuba's National Television. The Continental Champions, managed by Rey Vicente Anglada, have the main stars of Cuban Baseball today, though the winners at the Netherlands's Tournament proved that many of its players have the necessary qualities to be part of the main baseball team of the island.

The game will be an open door event and will start at 7:00 p.m.

JG: Due to George W. Bush's immoral and inhuman Cuba travel ban, Cuban Baseball fans who reside in the U.S. will be unable to attend. LIFT THE TRAVEL BAN AND LIFT THE BLOCKADE! Repudiate the policies of the GOP and the Miami Gusanos.
