With a unique performance in the populous and centrally located neighborhood of Shibuya, one of the most important meeting places for Tokyo’s youth, the legendary Cuban orchestra Los Van Van, directed by Juan Formell, conquered again the Japanese public.
The Shibuya O-East Hall, totally packed with 1,000 people was the stage to enjoy Cuban music, which for many years, has enjoyed a great popularity in this chain of islands.
During the concert, art was again able to break the barrier of language. From the year 2005, it is the third time that Los Van Van leave their great print here. The ambassador of Cuba, José Fernández de Cossío, attended the concert.
