HAVANA -- Cuba is accusing America's top diplomat in Havana of carrying mail to dissidents that contained private funds from a Miami-organization run by a benefactor of communist Cuba's No. 1 nemesis, Luis Posada Carriles.
Cuban officials made the charges Monday against Michael Parmly, who is chief of the U.S. Interests Section in Havana. They held a news conference to present a series of e-mails and other correspondence they say backs up their accusation.
