Spain's Prime Minister, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, will visit Cuba, reported the Associated Press.
Cuba's President Raul Castro extended the invitation.
AP also reported that "Spain agreed to fund a two-year, euro 24.5 million (US $34 million) program to help Cuba rebuild homes, schools and other structures destroyed by hurricanes Gustav and Ike this summer."
