There are no American masters in Cuba anymore

“Some presidents of Cuba lasted no more than six months, and in one case, one hour, after displeasing their American masters.”

Peter Coyote writing for The San Francisco Chronicle.

His article is worth reading. It has a lot of great Cuban history, although it has two or three errors of facts. His visit to the former presidential palace of Cuban dictator Fulgencio Batista, now renamed the Museum of the Revolution, is very interesting.
