Obama's ambassador in Honduras: an ultra right winger Cuban-American from Miami

“Dime con quien andas y te diré quien eres” or “tell me what company you keep and I will tell you who you are,” goes the old adage.

Since his accession to the United States presidency, Barack Obama has veered sharply to the rigtht. His Cuba policies continue to be the same as George W. Bush's. He panders to the gusanos in Miami, like many of his presidential predecessors in both of the major capitalist parties.

Since the Honduras military coup d'etat he has kept his ambassador in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, who is a right wing alumni of the infamous joint operation of the CIA and the Catholic Church in Cuba, Operation Peter Pan. Hugo Llorens is part of the vociferous anti-Cuba crowd who reside in the cesspool of the U.S. That will explain in part why the United States is supporting the coup in Honduras. His pronouncements about "democracy" and “constitutionality” in Honduras are for the consumption of the gullible sheep.

Cuba's Granma, under the byline of Jean Guy Allard, has published an article which has the whole pedigree of Hugo Llorens.

In the meantime, Barack Obama, who most likely will become a millionaire while he is in the White House, keeps on sending letters to his previous supporters asking for more “campaign contributions.”

Fool me one, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

“Te conozco mascarita.”
