The number one man of Miami's Cuban Mafia, U.S. Representative Lincoln Diaz-Balart has announced that he will retire and not run for reelection in November of this year.
He was not able to accomplish his dream of returning the "democracy" of his daddy to Cuba. Rafael Diaz-Balart was an under secretary of Cuban dictator General Fulgencio Batista.
My suggestion is that maybe he should move to Honduras and open a McDonald's there.
