Is the U.S. Supreme Court favoring Wall Street over Main Street?

The chairman of the U.S. Senate Judiciary committee recently declared that "The Citizens United decision turns the idea of government of, by and for the people on its head. "It creates new rights for Wall Street at the expense of the people on Main Street. It threatens to allow unprecedented influence from foreign corporations into our elections. Americans concerned about fair elections have rightfully recoiled."

JG: The average American does not have the millions of dollars which big corporations have to try to influence elections. Will Abraham Lincoln's 'government of the people, by the people and for the people' be replaced by government of the corporations, by the corporations and for the corporations.'

We have begun to name stadiums and sporting events with the names of big corporations rather than people's names. Who rules in our society? People or corporations? Rule by corporations is the most simple definition of fascism.
