I have always said, and I will continue to say, that when it comes to money “contributions” the Democrats are more corrupt than the Republicans. They sell their souls and “convictions” faster.
Gloria and Emilio Estefan, prominent celebrities in Miami-Dade county, are going to open their home tomorrow for a a $34,500 per couple fund-raiser for the Democratic Party National Committee, reports the SunSentinel.com.
During the eight years of the George W. Bush presidency, when the Republicans controlled the White House and the U.S. Congress, the Miami anti-Cuba fanatics bribed them to continue the Cuba embargo. Now that the Democratic Party controls the White House and the Congress, they will do the same thing with the Blue Party.
When the top Democratic hierarchy and Barack Obama show up at Gloria's and Emilio Estefan's house tomorrow, the first thing that they will say to the super rich couple is: SHOW ME THE MONEY!
The quid pro quo? Barack Obama and his party will continue the failed Cuba embargo, and will blame Fidel and Raul for having to do it. Or like Flip Wilson's Geraldine would have said: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT!
