And you thought that Barack Obama was a progressive Democrat? Think again! Here is one more proof that he is governing like a Republican. One of his water carriers, who was appointed to "fix" Social Security, is recommending the following:
"The co-chairmen of the panel appointed by President Barack Obama suggested reducing Social Security spending by raising the retirement age to 68 in about 2050 and 69 in about 2075. The plan also would slow the rate at which benefits grow. The savings would come between 2012 and 2020," reports Bloomberg.
Right know, the wealthy get a free ride on the backs of the American working class when their income reaches $106,000.00. After that, they do not pay any more Social Security payroll taxes.
If you are making more than $106,000.00 you are not making minimum wage. Start taxing the freeloaders. TAX THE RICH! Here is one more reason not to vote for Barack Obama in 2012.
