Fake Cuban Music

The Lost Cuban Trios of Casa Marina is a CD about fake Cuban Music. It is produced under the label of Ahí Namá, which is not a Cuban CD label. It is an American [USA] label. The Americans are fraud masters, so I am not surprised.

The Trio Zamora and the Trio Mélodico ARE NOT Cuban Trios. After their names Ahi Nama places (D.R.) Most people will say that is an abreviation for Dominican Republic.

If you go to the Spanish Wikepidia and you type Trio Zamora, nothing comes up. Instead Spanish Wipedia responds: Did you mean Toro Zamora? I think the poor toro will probably feel insulted.

The same thing happens with Trio Mélodico. Nothing shows up.

This CD was "recorded" in 1958. On that year the great majority of the Cuban people were actively fighting the dictatorship of U.S. supported dictator Fulgencio Batista.

I will not even assign one star to this fake Cuban music CD. Skip it! Don't buy it!
