The International Baseball Federation was not able to reach a consensus about the 2011 World Cup at their meeting in Chinese Taipei after the end of the International Cup. A meeting of IBAF representatives will take place in Havana next January to decide when and where to play the World Cup.
It was reported in an article by Hector Miranda of the Cuban Baseball Federation that the United States is actively trying to sabotage the World Cup of 2011. They are opposed to holding the event. How arrogant can they get?
