National seminar begins in Cuba on the Draft Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution

General of the Army Raul Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, took part yesterday in the first session of the national seminar of leaders and specialists from around the country to lead the process of mass discussion of the Draft Economic Policy Guidelines.
