Capitalism's deep crisis: In the U.S. 15 million people seeking work can't get a job

15 million people ARE NOT chump change. The best that "the market" could do last month was to create 39,000 jobs. LOL.

It did not start yesterday. It all started back in 1980, when the patron saint of the U.S. right was elected as president. I have to admit that I was one of the many millions who were mesmerized by that B-grade actor's charm. I voted for him twice. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea grandissima culpa.

The tax cuts for the rich started with him. Then, the elimination of regulations were speed-ed up by Bill Clinton and his gang. Millions of U.S.good-paying jobs were transfered to low wage countries like Mexico, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, China and others. Violent crime, drug selling, and people living in burglar alarm protected homes skyrocketed.

The era of anything goes Capitalism accelerated.

The American public was fooled again, this time by one sharp cookie who was promising us 'change you can believe in.' It was a huge fraud. Go to the Internet and you will see thousands of capitalist scams and frauds. The first capitalist commandment of 'make money any way you can' pervades U.S. society today. The exploitation of man by man continues galloping without restraining bridle.

Is homo sapient doomed?

Karl Marx saw it coming in the 1840's, and wrote extensively about it. What a wise man he was.

As long as people continue worshiping at the altar of the fast buck, things will not improve, and I am afraid that the deterioration of our society, both morally and economically, will continue.
