The First Vice-President of Cuba's Council of State and Ministers, José Ramón Machado Ventura, met with the new President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff. He delivered messages from Cuban President Raul Castro and the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro.
The Brazilian President conveyed the willingness of her new government to broaden and deepen the excellent relations between Cuba and Brazil.
