OFAC, the misnamed Office of Foreign Assets Control, which does not control any "assets" inside Cuba other than the mercenaries which the U.S. directs and pays to try to destabilize and/or try to bring down the legitimate government chosen by the Cuban people, has issued new "regulations" with a preface that contains the usual propaganda garbage of American capitalism.
It is now comedy time, boys an girls:
"OFAC is now amending the Regulations to implement certain policy changes announced by the President on January 14, 2011, to continue efforts to reach out to the Cuban people in support of their desire to freely determine their country’s future."
