Two new developments in the Luis Posada Carriles trial in El Paso, Texas

Item 1: A journalist,[Ann Louise Bardach], who was given a painting by accused anti-Castro terrorist Luis Posada Carriles must produce it at Posada's trial, a U.S. judge says.

Item 2: Jury hears tapes of ex-CIA operative in English.

Please note, that the above photograph of Luis Posada Carriles is from the U.S. Army. It states: Second Liutenant, Luis C. Posada Carriles. Rearguard Echelon, 2506 Brigade.

Brigade 2506 was the name given by the CIA to the Miami mercenaries employed by the United States government in their failed invasion at the Bay of Pigs, Cuba.
