The wolf is not wearing a Grandma costume

The executive order of President H. Barack Obama of January 14th has been commented and analyzed ad infinitum by hundreds, if not thousands, of pundits, talking heads and miscellaneous experts.

Of all the commentary, the one that was really close to giving the people a very good idea of what Obama is doing is the one by Jesús Arboleya Cervera published in Progreso Weekly.

He makes two very good points:

1) the wolf [a.k.a Barack H. Obama] doesn't even attempt to disguise himself as Grandma.

2) the measures [have] a subversive and interventionist meaning that, while possibly a welcome critical correction of conservative politics, becomes a new provocation, seeking to please the right with a counterrevolutionary act of faith.

The "hope and change guy" has been a huge disappointment on the Cuba issue. Being a 100% bona-fide hyper-capitalist, he continues with the vitriol and hatred toward Cuba of his ten predecessors.

The only ones that are happy are the monopolist promoters of travel to Cuba. Monopoly means high prices. Cuba is not an very affordable place to travel to right now. In America, everything is a business!

On the positive side, you can go to a great baseball game in Havana for three Cuban CUC'c, which will only set you back $3.24 American dollars. During the MLB playoffs in October the Tampa Bay Rays asked me to pay $46.00 for a bleacher seat. Bloody and greedy capitalist wolves!
