FINALLY! A USIS diplomat in Havana that is willing to admit the truth.

WikiLeaks has given the people of the world a great public service: publishing the diplomatic cables of the U.S. empire while it tries to continue subjugating and making wars on the peoples of the world.

A case in point is that of Jonathan D. Farrar, the chief of the United States Interest Section (USIS) in Havana.

Here is what he has to say in one of his cables to his superiors:

“No [Cuban] dissident has a political vision that could be used in a future government. Although dissidents do not want to admit it, they are very little known in Cuba outside of the diplomatic corps and the foreign media."

JG: Mr. Farrar: The only thing that dissidents do very well is to show up regularly at USIS to collect the welfare checks given to them by both the George W. Bush and Barack H. Obama administrations. They live as parasites to the U.S. Taxpayers.
