Florida's Governor fails to back a winner and decides to support a Cuba policy that is a loser

You have to wonder what were the Florida voters smoking when they went into their voting booths on November 2010.

They elected someone as governor who is a crook. One of his companies was responsible for the biggest Medicare fraud in the history of the United States.

This illustrious GOP politician decided this week to reject $2.4 billion federal dollars to build the first high speed train between Tampa and Orlando in Central Florida. He also has declared that he favors continuing the Cuba embargo.

The Chinese, who together with the Europeans and the Japanese have more rail tracks dedicated to high speed trains, must be laughing a lot.

He is probably saying to himself: "I've got to keep all the wing nuts happy."
