The defense attorney for terrorist Luis Posada Carriles is desperate. Arturo Hernández, who prefers that he be called Art Jernandez, and who looks like a street bum from any American city, is mounting a never ending battle of trying to influence the federal judge in the case.
The case has been postponed one more time until Tuesday after the fifth request for a mistrial from Art Jernandez.
