Is there a functioning nuclear plant in Cuba? How do the Cuban authorities think about nuclear energy and did it change now after the Japanese disaster? How do they think about clean and sustainable energy?

I do not have the answers for the three questions that you pose.

Cuba is a poor country, so it is very doubtful that they have nuclear power plants.
