Cuba Journal's Parakeets Like Their Breeding Box

Good news! Sunny, one of my female parakeets has laid an egg inside the breeding box which I introduced into my huge bird cage last November.

Sunny is all yellow and looks like a canary. The other female is Claudia, who has tree colors, white, blue and black. She is the most beautiful of my four parakeets, but she is not into kissing any of the males. When Sunny goes inside the breeding box, Claudia will stay on top of the box, like a good guardian. She likes to fly all-around my apartment and then she returns to the azotea.

The two boys, Huey and Louie, are cobalt blue and they are gorgeous. They are very adventurous and playful. One of the two boys, who look like twins, likes to kiss and groom Sonny.

I am hoping that Sunny will be able to hatch her first egg and a baby parakeet will be born at Cuba Journal. I have already have a name: Mambí.
