Obama still doesn't get it when it comes to Cuba

He gives an interview to a right-wing TV channel in Miami. He is basically preaching to those who are already converted, and whom the Cuban people call 'apatridas' and U.S. paid mercenaries.

He still does not understand that the changes being enacted in Cuba are being done NOT to usher in a transition to capitalism but to strengthen Cuban socialism. They way I see it Cuba needs to continue doing what it is already doing. Make sure that the covert agents that the U.S. sends (i.e. Allan Gross) are kept in jail. Cuba needs to continue defending its national sovereignty and independence.

Get it through your head Obama, you will not dictate what Cuba needs to do. Talks, yes, dictates and impositions NO.

The Yankee imperialists will never forget that Fidel, Raul, Che and Camilo, with the overwhelming support of the Cuban people, kicked out the Yankee imperialist puppet, General Fulgencio Batista.

Let them continue whining. You are doing well Cuba!

Obama 2008 - "Change we can believe in."
Now he says he wants to see real change in Cuba before he we can normalize relations. Well that's just the typical arrogance that we can expect from a U.S. president. If he intended to bring change with his presidency, he has failed. Why does he feel that he should be the "decider" like his predecessor and pretend to have some sort of authority over what Cuba should do? What will be his 2012 slogan?

I agree totally with what you say about Obama and the Cuba issue.

The problem with U.S. presidents is that they are all arrogant, including the one that I like, Jimmy Carter.

U.S. presidents think they own the world.

THEY DON'T
