Why reward the mediocrity of the two major capitalist presidential candidates?

Voters in the United States will very likely have to choose from two very mediocre capitalist presidential candidates.

Why is that?

It is very simple. What is the most important thing to a capitalist politician? MONEY! All the other talk about "freedom," "democracy," "liberty" and other fluff is for the consumption of the gullible, the uneducated and those who are just plain fools.

Tweedledee (The Dems) will re-nominate that gangster from Chicago. He is doing extremely well in trying to ruin the United States. Enormous fiscal deficits and ever higher national debts, plus his military adventures in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Libya are bringing the nation very close to national bankruptcy.

Tweedledum (The Reps) are likely to nominate a "has been" politician, like Romney, Pawlenty or Huckleberry, who all represent their usual constituency of the Super Rich, the Banks and Wall Street.

It is a choice between bad and worse. That old saying that things will have to get a lot worse before they get any better is an extremely true axiom.

But back to the money issue. Capitalist politicians run for office to get rich. All the presidential candidates will be vying to get the large sums of cash that the Batistianos in Miami and New Jersey have, money that was stolen from the Cuba Treasury Department in 1959 and deposited in Florida Banks.

Neither Barack Obama nor Bill Nelson will get my vote in 2012. When it comes to MONEY, the Democrats are more corrupt than the Republicans.

So what should Cuba Journal readers do?

Vote for the only Socialist in the U.S. Senate, Bernie Sanders, who is honest, as a write-in candidate or simply go fishing on election day. Is Bernie going to win? Of course not; it would be a protest vote on our part.

Don't reward the mediocrity of Tweedledee and Tweedledum. It only encourages them corrupt capitalist politicians.
