David Wu, a virulent anti-communist born in Taiwan, and member of the Gang of 66, will resign his position representing District One for the State of Oregon in the U.S. House of Representatives, after being involved in a sex scandal. Democratic Party Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi had called for an ethics investigation.
