Cuba's daily Granma has published, in a special section, an excellent PDF file (236 Megabytes, 256 pages,) titled "¿Porqué la Revolución Cubana? La Verdadera Historia de la Dictadura de Fulgencio Batista" which chronicles the Why? of the Cuban Revolution. It is in Spanish. Click on the PDF file link to download.
It presents many historical facts. WARNING: some of the pictures of the crimes committed by the henchmen of dictator Fulgencio Batista are very gruesome.
Ir is highly recommended to all students of Cuban History.
