Can you guys buy real Cuban coffee in the US yet? I was not much of a coffee drinker until I tried Cubita in the lobby of a hotel in Cuba. Now I'm hooked. It's a dark roast, but really smooth with no "burnt" aftertaste. I bring back several pounds of Cuban coffee now every year. If you can't get it, hopefully as relations heal between the two countries, it eventually will find it's way to you!
Unfortunately, because the U.S. has an incredible STUPID U.S. Congress, which is not able to add 2 + 2 together, Cuban products can not be sold in the USA due to the Yankee imperialists economic blockade/embargo of Cuba. This is due in part to the large number of "contributions" that Miami and N.J. Cuban-American fascists send to our very corrupt legislators.
