The head of U.S. division at Cuba’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Josefina Vidal, on Tuesday denounced Washington’s migration policies and its effect [on] the Caribbean island.
“Latin American asks EE.UU. [to] review Cuba migration policy towards that affects its extraterritorial impact,” Vidal tweeted using the Spanish initials for the United States.
She also shared a letter sent to the U.S. by nine Latin American nations Monday that demanded Washington revise its immigration policy toward Latin America and the Caribbean.
