Watch: Hard work and planning are the secret to Cuba's Olympic successes

Havana: Despite its small size, Cuba is a heavyweight in the world of sports, and may have several surprises up its sleeve for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

The country's 120-strong delegation to the upcoming Games includes as many as 39 athletes — 15 women and 24 men — who will compete in track and field, and perhaps pull a few surprises, reports Xinhua.
