Royal Mail in the United Kingdom has become a huge fiasco of extremely poor Customer Service



Since the privatization of the British Post Office by the capitalists in the United Kingdom, we philatelists are receiving nothing but extremely poor customer service.

For five days in a row now, all I get from them is the following three lines message:

Our website is temporarily unavailable. Full service should be resumed very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you wish to contact us in the meantime, please use the following phone numbers.
Thank you for your patience
JG: I am giving up on them. Is there anyone out there that is experiencing the same problems?
