Yesterday, February 12, U.S. Senator Byron L. Dorgan of North Dakota, introuced S.428 in the United States Senate. The bill would allow travel between the United States and Cuba. It currently has three co-sponsors, Senators Christopher Dodd of Connecticut, Michale Enzi of Wyoming and Richard Lugar of Indiana.
