The so-called visa HE-11 to visit Cuba. What is it? It is a huge SCAM created by Cuba after 1959.

It is a 'chantaje' created by the Revolutionary Government in the island after the triumph of the Cuban Revolution on 1-1-1959.

The Cuban Government wants to charge me $199.00 to visit the country where I was born.

I will no participate in Cuba's huge SCAM.

I will not visit Cuba.

I feel very sorry that my relatives in the island will be very disappointed. The HE-11 is designed to empty the pockets, and take advantage, of Cuban-born persons who live in the USA.
