Baku, Oct 23 (Prensa Latina) Cuba has denounced on Wednesday in the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) that the United States is promoting instability in several regions around the world, mainly against Latin American nations.
The Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, did so during the ministerial meeting prior to the 18th NAM Summit, which will be in session through tomorrow at the Boulevard Hotel in the Azerbaijani capital, next to the Caspian Sea.
