WBUR Poll: Sanders Opens Substantial Lead In Mass., Challenging Warren On Her Home Turf
With Super Tuesday just days away, a new WBUR poll finds Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders well ahead of Sen. Elizabeth Warren in her home state of Massachusetts.
The poll shows Sanders is the choice of 25% of likely Democratic primary voters, while Warren is in second place with 17%. The former mayors, Pete Buttigieg and Michael Bloomberg, are in a virtual tie for third at 14% and 13%, respectively. Former Vice President Joe Biden rounds out the top five at 9%.

Go Get Them Bernie!
Bloomberg is a billionaire. Pete is bankrolled by many billionaires.
The People's Choice? Bernie Sanders! All his life he has been Progressive.
I wonder if someone is going to ask Bloomberg how many times he has changed his political affiliations? Is he a mercenary? Is he like Trump, in it for the big bucks?
Seven Democrats constantly attacking each other? The beneficiary will be Donald Teump.
I have a proposal. Unite the Dem Party with a Sanders/Warren National ticket.
Pete is inexperienced. Bloomberg is a billionaire. He is another Trump. In it for the big bucks.
If the Party does not unite, Trump will be re-elected.
Wake up America!
Joe Biden is a nice guy. But he belongs in the past, not the future.
Amy Klobuchar is a light-weight. We need a Progressive.
How do I rate/rank the debaters here tonight?
1. Sanders. A+
2. Warren. A+
3. Biden. B-
4. Steyer. B-
5. Buttigieg. C+
6. Klobuchar. C.
7. Bloomberg. F.
Joe Biden, Army General.
The winner of the debate? Bernie Sanders.

I will support the nominee of the Democratic Party. I Am a Never-Trumper.
But, in my heart, I still like U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders.

In key state California, Warren, Biden and Bernie are almost tied.
Biden 23.8%
Warren 22.0%
Sanders 21.0%
Reports: Real Clear Politics
Tomorrow's debate should be very important.
What to expect at the fourth Democratic debate tomorrow at 8:00 pm.
Cuba Journal will be rooting for U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, the most honest politician in the USA today. The American people need and deserve a President that can be trusted. Bernie is that man.
The people united, will never be defeated.

Elizabeth Warren Takes the lead
It sickens the Surge to recognize that one candidate’s campaign is going so undeniably well that we are forced, for the first time, to declare a back-to-back Surge champion, preventing us from using this space for an ironic celebration of, say, Bill Weld. While most of the news focus this week pertained to certain goings-on in the House of Representatives—goings-on that of course Elizabeth Warren was the first candidate to call for, in April—Warren has started to take Joe Biden’s lead. She led Biden narrowly, for the first time, in two national polls released this week, and she has taken the lead in the Iowa polling average as well. She took the lead in a New Hampshire poll. She is nearing the lead in Nevada. She is drawing healthy shares from supporters of both Clinton and Sanders in the 2016 primary contest. She is starting to see some movement among black voters. Democrats are the most enthusiastic about her candidacy. There is … nothing going wrong right now? Nothing! This newsletter likes to make jokes about how politicians are failing at politics, and she’s just not giving us anything.
